Recipe for baked figs
Delicious baked figs with grated cheese and rosemary,
I noticed that there were figs on sale and I knew I had some aged cheddar at home.
So of course, it was an obvious choice for a little afternoon snack.
They can be used as we did, as a snack, but can also be part of a meal.
There is also the option to use other spices, or precisely the cheese you love.
However, I would recommend a cheese that is not too hard and has a bit of flavor.
PS: The recipe is made for one fig, making it easier to adjust the quantity depending on how many you need to make.
