Recipe for avocado with shrimp filling

Easy and delicious appetizer or small dish that fits well as part of a tapas spread or, for example, an Easter lunch.

The combination of avocado, shrimp, and egg – it just works every time – at our house.

Avocado with Shrimp Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Avocado
  • 200 gram Prawns boiled
  • 2 pcs. Egg boiled
  • 2 pcs. Tomato
  • 150 gram Sour Cream 18 %
  • 2.3 gram Paprika
  • 2.5 gram Dressing
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix crème fraîche, lemon, paprika, ketchup and season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop eggs and tomatoes into small cubes and mix this into the dressing. Add 100 grams of shrimp to the dressing.
  • Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and arrange with dressing and the rest of the shrimp.
  • Place the remaining dressing in a bowl next to it for refilling.
  • The avocados are eaten with a spoon!
