Recipe for avocado with shrimp filling
Easy and delicious appetizer or small dish that fits well as part of a tapas spread or, for example, an Easter lunch.
The combination of avocado, shrimp, and egg – it just works every time – at our house.


Ingredients
- 2 pcs. Avocado
- 200 gram Prawns boiled
- 2 pcs. Egg boiled
- 2 pcs. Tomato
- 150 gram Sour Cream 18 %
- 2.3 gram Paprika
- 2.5 gram Dressing
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Mix crème fraîche, lemon, paprika, ketchup and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop eggs and tomatoes into small cubes and mix this into the dressing. Add 100 grams of shrimp to the dressing.
- Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and arrange with dressing and the rest of the shrimp.
- Place the remaining dressing in a bowl next to it for refilling.
- The avocados are eaten with a spoon!
