- 400 gram Roast Pork Loin All cooked (leftovers)
- 1 pcs. Onion
- 1 pcs. Garlic
- 2 pcs. Carrots
- 1 pcs. Scallion - Spring Onions
- 2 gram Ginger Fresh and chopped
- 2.7 gram Chili Powder
- 13.6 gram Sesame Oil
- 21 gram Honey
- 34 gram Hoisin Sauce
- 15 gram Soya
- 7.5 gram Fish Sauce
- 50 gram Cashews
- 18 gram Sesame Seeds
- Lime Juice To taste
- 200 gram noodles
Instructions
- Cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes (or whatever the package says) and rinse them under cold water afterward - this prevents them from sticking together.
- Cut your roast pork into small pieces.
- Finely chop all the vegetables and sauté them until golden in sesame oil.
- Add the meat, then put all of the hoisin sauce, honey, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds into the pan.
- Let it simmer and caramelize for 5-7 minutes, then add the noodles and cashew nuts.
- Season with lime juice and optionally garnish with extra scallions.
- Serve immediately.
