Crawfish tails are one of the shellfish I really love.. delicious as an appetizer, in salads, or in a crawfish cocktail. Crawfish tails can easily be substituted with shrimp or even fish like salmon. Some people love shrimp cocktails, I love crawfish cocktails!

They are juicy and have many of the great qualities of shellfish. We have the recipe from the book “Fish on the Fork“, written by Rasmus Grønbech.
