Here is our list of the most visited/read recipes in January 2021.
A crazy month in terms of readership, especially considering that January is usually one of the months with the fewest visitors. Nevertheless, the readership was our fourth-best ever.
Our sous vide recipes, in particular, have been popular. We can’t say if it’s because you’ve had more time at home due to the government’s restrictions, but the number 1 and 2 of the month are both new in the top 5 and dishes made in the magical water bath.
The only repeat from last month is whole roasted beef tenderloin, which, however, finds itself in 4th place. The winner of the last two months, roasted duck breast, ended up in 6th place and thus is not on the list.

2nd place with 8,689 page views: Pulled Pork sous vide
3rd place with 8,221 views: Pan-fried salmon
4th place with 6,562 views: Whole roasted beef tenderloin
5th place with 6,160 page views: Teriyaki sauce
