The Year That Was at GastroFun.dk

We want to start by thanking you, dear reader, for visiting our site and wishing you a Happy New Year.

It has been a hectic year for us here at GastroFun.dk. We’ve gained many new users and readers throughout the year, and together we now have more than 1200 recipes and 200 articles on the site.

Since we are user-driven, you are helping to set the agenda and direction for the media. There’s no doubt that especially sous vide, dry aging, cakes, everyday meals, and baking have been among your favorites this year.

Unfortunately, the year brought a personal tragedy for my wife and me, as we lost our daughter Else in February. On both a personal and business front, we are incredibly grateful for all the support we’ve received from family, friends, readers, users, and partners.

We have had more than 300,000 visits on www.gastrofun.dk, more than 100,000 of which came in December alone. Therefore, we’re confident that we are on the right path with our media.

We’ve created an overview of our most visited articles and recipes this year below.

Our most visited page by far is our category page Sous Vide, so there’s no doubt that you love reading about the sous vide technique.
