When it’s time for homemade pancakes, batter splatters here and there (and everywhere) are probably part of the charm and something you have to put up with. Or is that really the case?
Pancake batter is of the thinner kind, which is why it tends to splash and “splatter” both the mixing bowl, kitchen counter, wall, and apron with batter.
After a round of pancakes, the kitchen can therefore look like a disaster area, at least if you use the traditional method with a bowl and electric mixer.
But, but, but – look here!
You can indeed avoid the mess without having to be extra cautious with your arm movements.
A batter dispenser is a super smart invention with both a “mixing bowl” and a whisk in one. Additionally, it’s easy to pour the batter from the container onto the pan: You simply hold the batter dispenser over the pan and use the trigger on the handle, which allows the batter to flow out from the bottom.
You release the trigger when you think a suitable amount of pancake batter is on the pan.
Pancake baking doesn’t get easier and cleaner than this.
The batter dispenser can be purchased here at Coolstuff.dk.
