Gastro Christmas Wishes – December 13th

We want to indulge you, dear readers, with input and inspiration to make your everyday life much more fun.

We have found 24 cool things that any GastroNerd can have/use in their kitchen, which you can either wish for this Christmas or treat your loved ones with.

Meat – Cuberoll

GastroNerds appreciate high-quality food. This less known cut, Cuberoll, is a marbled beef fillet located close to the animal’s shoulder.

Unlike the beef fillet, the fat is inside the meat but with a beautiful distribution. Cuberoll is an off-cut piece of meat, but one of the best pieces of meat you can ever get.

When cut into steaks, it is called ribeye.

Ribeyes from cube roll

A ribeye with exposed bones is one of the ultimate cuts of meat that can be served for a hearty meal.

The producer of the Australian meat is Aberdeen Black. They have a deep passion for developing flavorful and consistent products. The cattle are grain-fed and graze in southern New South Wales, in the Riverina agricultural area. The Riverina region is considered the heart of the area and is regarded as one of the most productive and versatile agricultural regions in Australia.

The meat is available at Steak-out.dk.
