Recipe for spinach waffles

Delicious and tasty spinach waffles are rarely a wrong choice.

This recipe is super simple, as all the ingredients “just” need to be blended together and baked in a waffle iron.

The waffles are great as a snack, for a lunchbox, or for lunch where they are, for example, served with salmon, eggs, or avocado.
