Spinach Waffles

Ingredients

  • 150 gram Fresh spinach Frozen spinach can also be used
  • 3 pcs. Egg
  • 300 gram Milk
  • 14 gram Oil Tasteless
  • 80 gram Graham Flour
  • 130 gram Wheat Flour
  • 6 gram Salt
  • 5 gram Baking Soda

Instructions

  • If you use fresh spinach, it should be rinsed and dried first. If you use frozen spinach, add 20 grams more flour to the recipe, as it's wetter than fresh spinach. The recipe is super simple: Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and free of lumps. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes at room temperature. Spinach Waffles We have a non-stick waffle iron, so we add the oil to the batter. If you don't have a non-stick waffle iron, we recommend adding a bit of oil with each baking instead of putting it in the batter.
