Recipe for polenta fries
Our Polenta Fries are super crispy and a great alternative to French fries, whether as a snack or a side dish for a good steak.
Polenta is a grain made from ground corn. Typically, it is boiled and then can be baked, fried, or grilled.
We prepare it using the sous vide method and then make them crispy in the oven. This ensures that you don’t have to stand over it during the relatively long cooking time, as it doesn’t burn.
