Ingredients

  • 500 gram Minced Chicken
  • 1 pcs. Onion in small cubes
  • 1 clove Garlic ground
  • 45 gram Soy Sauce
  • Teriyaki sauce with sesame. 1/2 bottle
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp in the meat mixture, and a little extra to sprinkle on top at the end
  • Chili
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 pcs. Egg
  • 16 gram Flour

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together – but only pour 4 tbsp of teriyaki sauce into the meat mixture.
  • The rest will be used during frying.
  • Form the mixture into small chicken meatballs and fry them in the pan on both sides.
  • When the meatballs are almost fully cooked, pour the remaining teriyaki sauce into the pan, which will heat up and reduce to a thick sauce.
  • Turn the meatballs, so both sides are coated in the rich, sticky sauce.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top before serving.
