Recipe for pisco sour
My take on a recipe for the South American classic: “Pisco Sour”.
The drink originates from Peru or Chile (depending on who you ask).
The drink is very elegant, rich, and quite balanced.
My version here is all that and much more!
It is also herbal and fruity, just the way I like it!

Pisco sour
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail Glass
Ingredients
- 5 cg Pisco BarSol
- 3 cl Lemon Juice
- 1.5 cl Passion Fruit Puree MONIN Europe
- 1 pcs. egg white
- Mint a few leaves
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Fill your shaker with all the ingredients, it should be dry shaken first (shaken without ice). Shake it hard to create a nice foam. Fill your shaker with ice cubes and shake again. Pour your cocktail into a desired glass along with the ice. If you don't want small pieces of mint in your cocktail, you can strain them out. I didn't, because I like small pieces of mint. Cheers
