Recipe for turkish pide
Turkish pide with beef and feta ?
I get about 10-12 pieces out of this portion – it depends on how large you make them. ♥️

Ingredients
The Dough
- 25 gram Yeast
- 450 gram Flour
- 250 gram Water lukewarm
- 18.75 gram Sugar
- 12 gram Salt
- 27.6 gram Oil
Fill
- 1 pcs. Onion minced
- 350 gram Ground Beef
- Parsley
- 2 pcs. Tomato finely chopped
- Onion
- 4.6 gram Olive Oil
- 18 gram Salt
- Spices add your own choice of spices if desired. I added 1-2 tablespoons of the 7 spices.
- Feta
- Pine Nuts
Instructions
The dough

- The yeast is dissolved in water, and all dry ingredients are mixed together and then added to the water mixture.
- Then add the oil and knead the dough thoroughly.
- Let the dough rise for one hour thereafter.

- Finely chop the vegetables and the beef.
- I put everything in a food processor.
- Then take a lump of dough and roll it out to the desired size.
- Then close the ends and fold the edges towards the side.
- Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle pine nuts on top.
- For those with feta, sprinkle feta on the dough (can be mixed with mozzarella)
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) with convection, for about 15 minutes.
