Recipe for aperol spritz
Summer classic Aperol Spritz – enjoy an Italian summer in a glass!
The taste of Aperol Spritz is truly unique: The bitter hint of orange peel combined with a light sweetness, delightful freshness, and a slight sparkling sensation… Absolutely irresistible! It’s no wonder this apéritif is among the best-selling cocktails in the world.
Aperol Spritz is traditionally served in a special Aperol Spritz glass, which resembles the Aperol bottle turned upside down. I serve it in margarita glasses, and I think they work just as well.
