Recipe for pink liquorice
It might sound intense – but once you’ve tasted this, it will be the only cocktail you’ll want to drink.
If you like licorice and raspberries, you’ll get a delicious gin-based drink here.

Equipment
- Coupe Glass
- Cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 4 cl Gin
- 2 cl Syrup Raspberry
- 1 cl Syrup Liquorice
- 1.5 cl egg white
- 2 cl Lime Juice
- Licorice Root Garnish
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker – but hold off on the ice. This will be a dry shake, which means shaking without ice. The purpose is to break down the proteins in the egg white, making the mixture in the shaker more airy. After shaking for 10-15 seconds, add ice cubes and shake again for another 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into a coupe/martini glass and garnish with a licorice root.
Notes
Ice: None
