Recipe for rye bread chips
Give new life to dull, dry rye bread. Rye bread chips are a healthy and low-fat alternative to potato chips.
However, they taste just as good and have far more uses.
Simply serve them in a bowl, as you would with chips, or try serving them with a tapas spread instead of bread.
They can also be crumbled over a salad – only your imagination sets the limits!
