- 1 pcs. Cauliflower medium large
- 50 gram Butter for frying
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the small florets off the stem.
- Rinse the small florets thoroughly and let them drain on a tea towel.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the drained cauliflower florets to the butter.
- Let the cauliflower florets fry over medium heat for about 30 minutes, turning them occasionally until they are slightly golden.
- The longer you cook them, the softer they become, so exactly how long they should cook depends on your taste.
