Recipe for rhubarb sorbet
Delicious and tasty rhubarb sorbet made with just 4 ingredients.
I made the sorbet in an ice cream maker, but you can easily make it without one. You just need to put the sorbet in a bowl and place it in the freezer. Then, you need to stir the bowl every 20 minutes until it has set.

Rhubarb Sorbet
Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Knife
- Pot
- Blender
- Ice Machine
Ingredients
- 200 gram Rhubarb
- 170 gram Sugar
- 200 gram Water
- 140 gram Glucose Syrup
Instructions
- Start by cleaning your rhubarb to remove all dirt and soil.
- Then cut them into smaller pieces.
- Bring sugar, water, and glucose syrup to a boil in a pot.
- Once all the sugar is dissolved, you can add your rhubarb.
- Now, simmer your rhubarb in the liquid until tender. The smaller you cut them, the less time they need. It takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer everything to a blender and blend until you have a smooth and uniform mixture.
- Chill it until completely cold, which takes 30-60 minutes.
- Use an ice cream maker to churn the sorbet until frozen.
- Now the sorbet is ready to be served or placed in the freezer.
