Rolls and pastries are generally good for using up vegetables that are past their prime.

You can add grated carrots, spinach, broccoli, or whatever you have in the fridge to them.

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs. Egg
  • 400 gram Cottage Cheese
  • 400 gram Oatmeal
  • 9.6 gram Baking Soda
  • tsp. Salt
  • Water for brushing
  • Sesame Seeds sprinkled on top of the buns

Instructions

  • Put eggs and cottage cheese in a blender and blend to a smooth mixture.
  • Put oats, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
  • Mix the egg mixture into the oats and knead to a smooth dough.
  • Divide the dough into 9 pieces and roll into buns.
  • Brush them with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan-assisted) for 25 minutes.
