It only requires a few ingredients and a short preparation time, but that certainly doesn’t make it any worse.

- Garlic Press
Ingredients
- 500 gram Lobster Tails
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 75 gram Butter
- Broad leaf parsley
- Lemon
Instructions
- Place them on a baking sheet with the belly up and the shell down.
- Chop the garlic finely (or use a garlic press) and distribute it over the langoustines.
- Cut the butter into small cubes and distribute over the langoustines along with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) regular oven setting.
- Chop the parsley coarsely and sprinkle over afterwards.
- I served this with a slice of this delicious bread, lemon juice, and this homemade dill mayonnaise.
Notes
You can also mix the finely chopped garlic with the butter before distributing it.
