Langoustine in the Oven
The recipe is delightfully simple and a sure hit every time. The langoustine tails are baked in the oven with garlic and parsley.

Ingredients

Lobster Tails

Instructions
Place them on a baking sheet with the belly up and the shell down.
Chop the garlic finely (or use a garlic press) and distribute it over the langoustines.
Cut the butter into small cubes and distribute over the langoustines along with salt and pepper.
Cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) regular oven setting.
Chop the parsley coarsely and sprinkle over afterwards.
