Langoustine in the Oven

The recipe is delightfully simple and a sure hit every time. The langoustine tails are baked in the oven with garlic and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 500 gram Lobster Tails
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 75 gram Butter
  • Broad leaf parsley
  • Lemon

Instructions

  • Place them on a baking sheet with the belly up and the shell down.
  • Chop the garlic finely (or use a garlic press) and distribute it over the langoustines.
  • Cut the butter into small cubes and distribute over the langoustines along with salt and pepper.
  • Cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) regular oven setting.
  • Chop the parsley coarsely and sprinkle over afterwards.
  • I served this with a slice of this delicious bread, lemon juice, and this homemade dill mayonnaise.

Notes

You can also mix the finely chopped garlic with the butter before distributing it.
