Recipe for easy pancakes
This pancake recipe is the first one I tried to make in elementary school.
The recipe is from the early 90s, but I’ve kept it because it still works.

Ingredients
- 160 gram Wheat Flour
- 400 gram Milk
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 2 pinches Salt
- 40 gram Butter
Instructions
- Start by turning on your frying pan to medium-high heat. There's always talk about the first pancake never turning out well. It's a myth; it's all about the pan being hot when you start. Find a jug/large measuring cup with a handle (with a capacity of one liter) to mix the ingredients in. Whisk the flour and milk, ensuring all lumps are whisked out. Whisk in the eggs and salt. Melt half of the butter and fold it into the batter. Melt a little butter on the pan and pour 1-1.5 dl of batter onto the pan (depending on the size of the pan and how thick you want them). Cook the pancake, and when the batter starts to bubble (form air holes), it's ready to be flipped. Continue to cook the pancakes this way and serve with vanilla ice cream, berries, syrup, or sugar.
