Recipe for portobello mushrooms in oven
YUMMM OVEN-BAKED STUFFED PORTOBELLO.
A delightful appetizer or a light individually-plated dinner.

Ingredients
- 6 pcs. Portobello Mushrooms hollowed out
- 3 packages Bacon in smaller pieces, crispy fried
- 6 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 10 pcs. Cherry Tomatoes finely chopped
- Broad leaf parsley 1 handful, chopped
- Grated cheese of a good cheese
- Flake Salt
- Pepper from grinder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan).
- Hollow out the Portobello and roughly chop the contents.
- Fry the bacon until crispy and add onions and garlic, sauté until blanched.
- Add the chopped mushroom "meat" and sauté until tender.
- Add tomato and parsley with a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Fill each Portobello with the mixture and top with grated cheese.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
