Portobello mushrooms in oven

Ingredients

  • 6 pcs. Portobello Mushrooms hollowed out
  • 3 packages Bacon in smaller pieces, crispy fried
  • 6 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 10 pcs. Cherry Tomatoes finely chopped
  • Broad leaf parsley 1 handful, chopped
  • Grated cheese of a good cheese
  • Flake Salt
  • Pepper from grinder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan).
  • Hollow out the Portobello and roughly chop the contents.
  • Fry the bacon until crispy and add onions and garlic, sauté until blanched.
  • Add the chopped mushroom "meat" and sauté until tender.
  • Add tomato and parsley with a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • Fill each Portobello with the mixture and top with grated cheese.
  • Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
