Recipe for broccoli tart with ham
This recipe for a “fake” pie with a spaghetti crust is genius for a quick weekday meal. The delicious mix of broccoli, onions, and ham tastes wonderful and is a hit among both children and adults.
This pie doesn’t require flour on the table or greasy fingers – just some spaghetti or pasta spirals, if that’s what you have in the cupboard. In other words, you can use whatever you have in your kitchen in terms of pasta, vegetables, and meat, unless you want to make the vegetarian version.

Ingredients
- 135 gram Spaghetti
- 0.5 pcs. Broccoli
- 1 pcs. Leek
- 1 pcs. Onion
- 1 package Ham Strips
- 1 package Cocktail Sausages
- 4 pcs. Egg
- 400 gram Milk
- Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti and place it in an ovenproof dish.
- Clean and chop the leek, onion, and broccoli. Give them a quick boil.
- Place them on top of the spaghetti along with the ham and sausages.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika together and pour it over.
- Sprinkle cheese over the tart if you like.
- Bake the "tart" in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes.
