Pizzas are always a hit, and when they're made in a snackable and on-the-go friendly version, it only gets better! The dough for these is mixed the night before, so you'll have quick, easy, and fresh pizzas on the day you need them. Once the dough is rolled out into bases, just add your toppings, put them in the oven – and presto; warm delicious pizzas in just 20 minutes.

Recipe for easy mini pizzas (cold fermented)

Pizzas are always a hit, and when they’re made in a bite-sized, on-the-go friendly version, it only gets better! The dough for these is mixed the evening before, allowing you to have quick, easy, and fresh pizzas on the day you need them. Once the dough is rolled out into bases, just add your toppings, pop them in the oven – and presto; warm, delicious pizzas in just 20 minutes.

In this version, I used a good ketchup (you can also use a ready-made tomato sauce or make your own if you want a less quick version), ham, mini pepperoni, cocktail sausages, mozzarella, and herbs. They taste great! and the kids love them in their lunchbox or as a snack – just like their mom.

This dough gives soft, airy bases and can actually also be used as dough for sausage rolls. You can even make half and half from the portion.

If you need the pizzas right away, you can easily make them the same day, just use 25 grams of yeast instead and let the dough rise for an hour at room temperature.

You are, of course, completely in charge of the toppings! But if you need inspiration, this combo is definitely quite delightful.
