Recipe for galette (french fruit tart)
Last night, we ended a fantastic summer with wonderful friends and an exquisite dinner.
Tender grilled beef tenderloin with delicious sides – pork belly sandwiches for the kids and the young at heart? and Galette with?? peaches ~ marzipan topped with scoops of good vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Galette ~ French fruit tart served warm and also tastes amazing with plums – apples or berries.
It’s one of the easiest things to make, and you bake the Galette without a pan.
The crispy dough contains almond flour. You can omit this and just use regular flour.
