Galette (French Fruit Tart)
Galette ~ French fruit tart served warm and also tastes fantastic with plums - apples or berries. It is one of the easiest things to make and you bake the Galette free-form without a tart pan.

Instructions
Cut the butter into all the dry ingredients and add the egg.
Assemble the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough and arrange the peaches so there is a 5 cm border from the edge.
Sprinkle a little of the almond flour over the peaches and grate 50 grams of marzipan over.
Fold the edges over and brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake your galette for about 20-25 minutes at 200°.
