Equipment

  • Garlic Press

Ingredients

  • 16 pcs. Lobster Tails
  • 10 gram Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic Can be replaced with garlic powder or garlic butter
  • Grated cheese Mozzarella

Instructions

  • This dish is super easy and incredibly tasty.
  • Split the langoustines and remove their shells and intestines.
  • Place them in a tea towel and dry them thoroughly.
  • Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press into the butter.
  • Stir well in the mixture so the garlic pieces are evenly distributed.
  • If you don't have a clove of garlic, you can easily use garlic powder. Another alternative could also be store-bought/homemade garlic butter.
  • Distribute 8 langoustine tails in two ramekins and add half of the butter on top of each.
  • Finally, sprinkle grated cheese over and place it in a hot oven.
  • Cook it for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) with fan.
  • The goal is for the cheese on top to turn golden.
  • When the cheese is golden, they are ready to serve - but be careful, they are piping hot.
