Recipe for asian pancakes with chicken
We hate food waste and love leftovers at our place.
The idea of being creative and conjuring up a meal from what you have in the refrigerator and pantry is a great process for anyone who enjoys playing around in the kitchen.
We always have various Asian sauces, sesame seeds, and tortillas around the house, so this dish is easy to whip up.

Asian pancakes with chicken

- 100 gram Glass Noodles
- 51 gram Hoisin Sauce
- 51 gram Sweet chili sauce
- 36 gram Fish Sauce
- 27 gram Sesame Seeds

- Sweet chili sauce To serve
Instructions
- Put the leftover chicken in a pan with Hoisin sauce, sesame seeds, fish sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Heat it thoroughly until it begins to get crispy.
- Cook the glass noodles in 1 liter of water without salt for 4 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, rinse them with cold water in a sieve.
- Warm your wraps on a plate in the microwave for 1 min. It's a good idea to place a piece of kitchen towel on the bottom of the plate and a piece on top, so they do not dry out.
- At the table, place your wrap on your plate, spread it with sour cream, and add the desired filling in the center, then drizzle with soy sauce and chili sauce. Fold it into a square, as it makes it easier to eat and keeps the filling in place.
