Put the leftover chicken in a pan with Hoisin sauce, sesame seeds, fish sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Heat it thoroughly until it begins to get crispy.
Cook the glass noodles in 1 liter of water without salt for 4 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, rinse them with cold water in a sieve.
Warm your wraps on a plate in the microwave for 1 min. It's a good idea to place a piece of kitchen towel on the bottom of the plate and a piece on top, so they do not dry out.
At the table, place your wrap on your plate, spread it with sour cream, and add the desired filling in the center, then drizzle with soy sauce and chili sauce. Fold it into a square, as it makes it easier to eat and keeps the filling in place.

Notes
The leftovers
- We had leftover pickled vegetables from Bao, which we used in our wraps.
- Our chicken is shredded from the carcass of a chicken we have butchered and made broth from.
