Recipe for pull-apart garlic bread with cheese
Delightful and delicious cheese bread in the form of a pull-apart bread with garlic and parsley.
The bread is perfect for a buffet, BBQ, or on the go – as you can easily pull off a piece – just like a pinwheel.

Ingredients
Dough
- 25 gram Yeast 1/2 packet
- 350 gram Flour
- 50 gram Butter
- Egg 1-2 pieces - depending on size
- 100 gram Milk
- 6 gram Salt
Fill
- 90 gram Mozzarella Chees
- 90 gram Cheddar cheese
- Parsley chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- Melt butter, then mix in milk and yeast until the yeast dissolves.
- Next, add the remaining ingredients.
- Let the dough rise for about an hour.
- Then mix room temperature butter with cheese, garlic, parsley.
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out and spread the cheese mixture over the dough.
- Then cut the dough into squares that fit the bread pan.
- When the squares are cut, stack about 4-5 pieces together and place in the pan with the cut sides facing up.
- Continue this process until the pan is filled.
- Optionally, let the bread rise in the pan for 20-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and brush with an egg.
- Then place in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20-25 minutes.
