Recipe for peanut butter porridge with caramelized bananas
I love oatmeal! There are so many ways to vary the flavor, texture, and toppings, making each bite a delightful combination of tastes. Essentially, you can endlessly vary oatmeal based on the contents of your fridge, your mood, and the season. Moreover, it’s easy to make, healthy, and provides a solid base that keeps you full for a long time.
In this version, I’ve made peanut butter oatmeal topped with caramelized bananas, fresh tart blueberries, creamy dulce de leche, and crunchy hazelnuts; all elements that complement each other perfectly to create a wonderful mix of sweet, tart, creamy, and crunchy. This oatmeal can be ready in 10 minutes but will keep you satisfied well into the late morning!
