Peanut Butter Porridge with Caramelized Bananas

In this edition, I made a peanut butter porridge topped with caramelized bananas, fresh tangy blueberries, creamy dulce de leche, and crunchy hazelnuts; all of which complement each other really well and give the loveliest mix of sweet, tangy, creamy and crunchy.

Notes

Dulce de leche is also called caramelized milk and can be found in cans in well-stocked grocery stores. If you can't find dulce de leche, you can alternatively buy condensed milk in a can and boil the can for 3 hours in a pot – it will turn into caramel. The caramel can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container.
