Another delightful potato salad for the summer BBQ. This one includes new potatoes, spinach, sugar snap peas, sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper, and a hint of chili. Fresh, sweet, crispy, and soft in a wonderful combination – and just with a bit of edge from the chili, which occasionally gets in a bite.

Recipe for potato salad with tomatoes, sugar snap peas, and feta

Another delightful potato salad for the summer barbecue. This one features new potatoes, spinach, sugar snap peas, sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper, and a hint of chili. A fresh, sweet, crispy, and soft blend in perfect harmony – with just a touch of spice from the chili that adds a little kick here and there.

The salad is tossed in a garlic/lemon dressing and offers a little journey through many wonderful flavors. It’s good.. And it’s easy. Perfect as a side dish for meat and grilled dishes.
