Ingredients
Couscous
- 180 gram Couscous
- 28 gram Oil
- 3 gram Salt
- 0.5 gram Pepper
- Boiling water
Dressing
- 200 gram Yogurt plain
- 32 gram Honey liquid
- 3 gram Mint coarsely chopped
- 3 gram Salt
- 0.5 gram Pepper
In addition
- 0.5 pcs. Cucumber
- 200 gram Peas freshly shelled
- 90 gram olive black
- 120 gram Feta
- 6 gram Chives finely chopped
- Corn Salad 2 handfuls
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Mix boiling water, oil, salt, and pepper. Add bulgur and let it sit for 8-10 minutes.
- Drain any excess water and let the bulgur cool slightly.
- Mix all dressing ingredients and combine with the bulgur.
- Dice the cucumber, coarsely chop the olives, and separate the lamb's lettuce leaves by pinching off the base of the small clusters.
- Combine everything with the bulgur, along with feta, peas, and chives.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve as a side dish for meat dishes
