Recipe for baked oatmeal with peanut butter, banana, and chocolate

Baked oatmeal – a delightful autumn breakfast.

Warm, delicious, spicy, and flavorful.

Here you’ll find a version with peanut butter, banana, and chocolate – a match made in heaven in this truly delicious (!) baked oatmeal….

Whip it up in 5 minutes and let it take care of itself in the oven afterward. You get an oatmeal a la cake, which tastes absolutely fantastic, but without being indulgent. Serve it with skyr and top with syrup and nuts.. yumm…

Eat it as breakfast, as a snack, or maybe with your afternoon coffee… no matter what, it’s a treat for your stomach and taste buds.
