Ingredients

  • 4 pcs. Avocado ripe
  • 1 pcs. Tomato
  • 1 pcs. Shallots finely chopped
  • 1 pcs. Jalapenos chili - chopped
  • 1.8 gram Cilantro fresh
  • 1 pcs. Lime only the juice

Instructions

  • Mash the avocados roughly and mix them together with tomato, onion, and chili.
  • Season with lime juice.
  • Add a little lime juice on top so the guacamole doesn't turn brown.
  • Season with salt and possibly a little sugar.
