Ingredients

Dough

  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 4 pcs. Egg
  • 200 gram Flour
  • 18 gram Cocoa powder
  • 12 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 14 gram Baking Soda
  • 150 gram Melted butter
  • 150 gram Milk
  • 100 gram Water

Mocha topping

  • 150 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Coffee 1 tsp instant dissolved
  • 100 gram Water
  • 200 gram Powdered Sugar
  • 24 gram Cocoa powder
  • 12 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 150 gram Coconut Flour

Instructions

The dough

  • -
  • Beat sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  • Put flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix it.
  • Fold everything together in the egg mixture.
  • Melt the butter and add it to the batter along with milk and water.
  • Beat everything well together.
  • Pour the batter into the mold and bake at 175° for 15-20 minutes.

  • Pour the filling over the cake while it is still warm.
