Tart with tomato, chorizo, potatoes, and cheese

Delicious and light summer tart. This one is made with sun-ripened tomatoes, chorizo, spinach, and potatoes. It is perfectly indulgent, with freshness and sweetness from the tomatoes and a spicy flavor from the chorizo.
