Greek yoghurt
or Greek yogurt
Instructions
Put the pearl barley to boil (approx. 25 min).
Sauté onions and garlic in a bit of butter in a deep pan.
Add beef and spices, sauté until the meat is browned. Add pointed cabbage and spinach, let simmer for about 10 minutes with regular stirring.
Drain the pearl barley and mix it in the pan with the Greek yogurt. Season with salt and pepper – serve.
