Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 500 gram Ground Beef
  • Spices Salt and pepper
  • Herbs Oregano and basil. Dried can also be used
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pcs. Onion
  • 2 cans Chopped Tomatoes
  • 4.5 gram Olive Oil
  • 1 pcs. Onion
  • 1 pcs. Garlic
  • 100 gram White Wine
  • 100 gram Cream
  • Spices Salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, and vinegar
  • 500 gram Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • Parmesan Fresh
  • Basil Fresh

Instructions

  • Tomato Sauce

  • The sauce is made by first frying the finely chopped onions and garlic in olive oil, then adding the white wine. If you don't have white wine, you can use red wine. When the wine has almost evaporated, add the chopped tomatoes and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Then add the cream and let it simmer again for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, and vinegar (e.g., balsamic).
  •
  • Meatballs

  • Start by finely chopping the onion and garlic. Quickly blanch your oregano and basil if you are using fresh herbs.
  • The meatballs are made by mixing ground beef with oregano, basil, salt, pepper, garlic, grated onion - rolled into small cute balls.
  • They should be cooked in the oven for 15 minutes and then placed in the delicious warm tomato sauce.
  •
  • Spaghetti

  • Cook your spaghetti according to the package instructions in plenty of salted water.
  • We typically estimate 125 grams per person.
  •
  • Serving

  • Place the spaghetti at the bottom of the plate and pour the tomato sauce with meatballs over it.
  • Then grate generous amounts of fresh parmesan and a lot of fresh basil on top.
  • Spaghetti with meatballs

Notes

Instead of chopped tomatoes, you can also use passata.
