Ingredients

  • 1 pcs. Turnips
  • 14.2 gram Butter

Instructions

  • Set your sous vide machine to 85 degrees Celsius (185 degrees Fahrenheit) (pro tip: reduce heating time by boiling the water in a kettle beforehand. Then add hot water from the tap to lower the water temperature)
  • Peel the turnip and cut it into 2-3 centimeter thick pieces.
  • Put the turnip pieces and butter in a vacuum bag.
  • Vacuum seal the bag.
  • Place the bag in the now 85-degree water bath.
  • Cook for 50 minutes.
  • Serve.
