Find a stick. We used bamboo skewers, but any (clean) stick from the garden can be used.
Stick the marshmallow onto the skewer, so the marshmallow sits at the tip of the stick.
Hold the skewer in a horizontal angle over the embers. Keep a good distance between the marshmallow and the fire - it toasts faster than you might think!
Rotate the marshmallow as it colors. The marshmallow should be toasted and colored on all “sides”.
Check if the marshmallow is done by gently squeezing it between two fingers: The surface should be crispy, and the core should be relatively soft.
Carefully peel the warm, toasted marshmallow off the stick.
Take a biscuit.
Break the chocolate spread in half and place the slices on the biscuit.
Place the toasted marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
Place another biscuit on top of the marshmallow and press your smore together.
Eat and enjoy!
