Salmon Tartare with Capers

Ingredients

  • 200 gram Salmon Fillet fresh or smoked
  • 1.5 gram Dill finely chopped
  • 15 gram Lemon Juice
  • 2 gram Lemon Zest finely grated
  • 18 gram Capers finely chopped
  • 1.5 pinches Red Onion finely chopped
  • 9 gram Olive Oil
  • 5 gram Mustard Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon sliced or wedged, for serving

Instructions

  • Cut the salmon into very small cubes.
  • Mix the salmon and all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Season the tartare to taste - make sure there is enough salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Serve on rye bread, preferably toasted, and garnish with lemon slices/wedges and extra capers.
