Drain the kale well and dry it with a kitchen towel - it must be completely dry.
Roughly chop the kale.
Place the kale in a freezer bag.
Add a little corn oil to the kale in the bag.
Shake it well to distribute the oil over all the kale leaves.
Spread the kale onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes - keep a constant eye on it, it can easily turn black!

Notes
You can sprinkle the kale with grated parmesan or nutritional yeast before baking. Nutritional yeast has a flavor similar to parmesan but is vegan and can be eaten by those who do not consume animal products.
