Mix pudding rice and milk in a pot and bring to a boil.
Allow the porridge to cook for about an hour and a half over medium heat.
Then it will have thickened; this can easily take 10 minutes less or more.
Season with salt to taste.
Remember to stir the porridge regularly to prevent it from burning.
Serve with a dollop of butter and cinnamon sugar.
