Ingredients

  • 2 grams Fresh chives finely chopped
  • 2 grams Fresh dill finely chopped
  • 4 grams Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 120 grams Mayonnaise
  • 110 grams Buttermilk
  • 60 grams Sour cream 18% fat
  • 5 grams Onion powder
  • 5 grams Garlic powder
  • 5 grams Fine sea salt
  • 2 grams Freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 grams Fresh lemon juice about 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Finely chop the chives, dill, and parsley.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add the chopped herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Stir until well combined into a creamy dressing.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with extra salt or lemon juice, if needed.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled – as a dip for veggie sticks, chips, or wings, or as a dressing for salads.
