Pointed Cabbage Salad with Arugula and Grapes

Ingredients

Salad

  • 0.5 pcs. Pointed Cabbage red or green
  • 50 gram Arugula fresh
  • 200 gram Grapes red
  • 100 gram Sugar Snap Peas
  • Almonds a small handful. Salty

Dressing

  • 40.5 gram Olive Oil
  • 15 gram Lemon Juice
  • 5 gram Mustard
  • 4.2 gram Cane Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper Freshly ground

Instructions

  • Finely chop the cabbage, halve the grapes, and cut the snap peas into smaller pieces.
  • Put everything in a bowl and toss with almonds and arugula. 
  • Mix the dressing and toss it in the salad.
  • Serve with a good piece of meat?
